Hand-Printed Wrapping Paper Workshop

  • The Lamb 73 Brighton Road Surbiton, England, KT6 5NF United Kingdom (map)

A Christmas Special - fed up of buying wrapping paper that’s bad for the environment? Come to The Lamb and learn how to create hand-printed gift wrap using recycled paper!

I will begin the workshop by teaching everyone how to make their own lino stamp using traditional relief printing methods and tools. Once we’ve all carved our designs, you’ll be shown step by step how to roll out ink, ink up your stamp and create a print. Then the night is your oyster to make as much wrapping paper as you like!

All abilities are welcome and all materials are provided. Attendees will leave the workshop with their own handmade wrapping paper, their stamp and the ability to continue making gift wrap, gift tags, cards and prints at home.

£7 per person. Please be aware there is a limit of 10 spaces, so book your ticket here to make sure you get a spot!

This workshop is kindly sponsored by Great Art.
